PTA needs your help to sell tickets during lunch!!!
Please volunteer for one day. Thanks!
(week of Feb. 6th from 10:30 to 12:30; If there are not enough volunteers to sell tickets some students will not be able to purchase an advance ticket.)
Also volunteers needed Feb 10th, the night of the dance in the following areas.
~Photo Booth
~Ticket Sales (At the Door)
~Serving Food

I LOVE TO DANCE!
Feb 10th
6pm - 8pm
Come Join to show off your moves at the first "I Love to Dance" dance or see who's the best at MVMS. So kids start saving your allowence to join in the FUN!

We will have a WATCH D.O.G.S. dinner on October 19th prior to the next PTA meeting (not mandatory) ,where you will be given the opportunity to sign up for the dates that work with your schedule and learn more about this exciting, wonderful program.

Can you donate a day?
Watch D.O.G.S. are fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father-figures who volunteer for at least one day each year at an official WATCH D.O.G.S. school. During the day, WatchDOGS may read and work on flash cards with kids, play at recess, eat lunch with their child, watch the school entrances and hallways, assist with traffic flow, mentor students, and any other assigned activities where they actively engage with not only their child(ren), but other students as well. Their mere presence offers additional security at the school during the day! On the day of their participation, the participants are given a brief review of their involvement and they wear an official WATCH D.O.G.S. Across America® t-shirt or vest identifying them as Watch D.O.G.S.

Please donate Box Tops!
Our goal is $700 this year.
2010 - 2011 school year we received $104 in donated box tops!!
This is a wonderful program that donated over $300 million dollars to schools since 1996. This is one way we can all contribute to MVMS.
